A student housing platform for Pakistan: a public site where students search rooms near their university, a landlord portal, and an admin console that approves listings and verifies landlords. The screens shown use sample data.
The challenge
What problem did the client have?
Students in Pakistan often find rooms through WhatsApp groups and unverified agents, where prices change in the chat and nothing is on record. Landlords cannot track enquiries or prove a listing is real.
The solution
What did Bizora build?
Built a Next.js student site with search by university, area, rent, room type and gender, shown as a list and a map.
Built a landlord portal for listings, leads, messages, viewings, vacancy and identity verification.
Built an admin portal that approves listings, checks landlord documents, moderates reviews and runs a complaint queue with reference numbers.
Connected all three apps to one Node.js API with MySQL, Redis queues for email and notifications, and live messaging.

What does it include?
- Search in plain language or with filters for city, area, university, rent, room type and gender, shown as a list and a map.
- Listing pages with a gallery, rent, deposit, amenities, nearby universities, landlord verification and approved reviews.
- A booking sequence: inquiry sent, viewing scheduled, viewing completed, then booked or cancelled.
- A landlord portal for listings, photos, vacancy, messages, viewings, verification and a ledger of platform fees.
- An admin console that moves listings through draft, pending, active, rejected, archived, featured and reported, and runs a complaint queue with reference numbers.
- Built with Next.js, React, Node.js, Express, MySQL with Prisma, Redis queues and Socket.IO for live messages, across seven cities.
