Which countries do you work in?
We work with clients in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the United Kingdom, with one senior team across time zones.
How much does custom software cost?
Websites start around AED 1,500, mobile apps around AED 3,500 and ERP from around AED 6,500 on the Bizora ERP platform. Every project gets a fixed quote after a free discovery call. Prices are also available in SAR, PKR and GBP.
How long does a typical project take?
Most first releases go live in six to sixteen weeks, delivered in two-week sprints with a demo every Friday.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. You own the code, designs and data, with full repository access from the first sprint.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Monthly support plans cover monitoring, updates, backups and small improvements, with agreed response times.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with accounting, ERP, CRM, payment and messaging tools through their APIs, or migrate data when replacing them.
Do you sign NDAs?

Web development
Web development questions
How much does a custom website cost?
Corporate websites usually start around AED 1,500 (SAR 1,530, PKR 115,000, GBP 320). Portals and web apps are scoped after a free discovery call, and every quote is fixed before work starts.
How long does a website take to build?
A corporate website takes four to six weeks. Portals and web applications typically take eight to sixteen weeks depending on integrations.
Will my website support Arabic?
Yes. We build right-to-left layouts, bilingual content models and locale-aware formatting for dates, numbers and currencies.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
Yes. We deploy to the cloud region nearest your customers, monitor uptime and offer monthly support plans covering updates, backups and small changes.
Mobile apps
Mobile apps questions
How much does a mobile app cost?
A focused first release usually starts around AED 3,500 (SAR 3,570, PKR 270,000, GBP 740). We fix the price after a discovery call and phase larger ideas into releases.
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We use one shared codebase so both platforms launch together, and drop to native code where performance or device features need it.
Will you publish the app to the stores?
Yes. We prepare listings, screenshots and privacy details, submit to the App Store and Google Play, and handle review feedback.
Can the app work offline?
Yes. Orders, job cards and forms are stored on the device and sync automatically when a connection returns.
ERP & custom systems
ERP & custom systems questions
Is custom ERP better than an off-the-shelf system?
If your processes are standard, a ready-made platform such as Bizora ERP is faster. If you have unique workflows, approvals or integrations, a custom build avoids paying for features you do not use and forcing staff into workarounds.
Can you migrate data from spreadsheets or our old system?
Yes. We clean, map and import customers, items, balances and history, then reconcile totals with your finance team before go-live.
Is the system VAT and ZATCA ready?
Yes. Invoicing supports UAE VAT and Saudi e-invoicing requirements, and tax rules are configurable for Pakistan and the UK.
How long does an ERP project take?
A first phase typically goes live in ten to sixteen weeks, followed by further modules in monthly releases.
POS & commerce
POS & commerce questions
Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. Sales are stored on the device and sync automatically once the connection returns, so service never stops.
Which hardware is supported?
Standard receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, kitchen displays and major card terminals used in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the UK.
Can it connect to our online store and delivery apps?
Yes. Orders from the website and delivery platforms land in the same system and draw from the same stock.
Is there a ready-made option?
Yes. Bizora POS can be branded and configured for your branches in a few weeks, and extended later.
Automation
Automation questions
Which tasks are worth automating first?
Tasks that happen many times a week, follow the same steps and move data between systems, such as lead capture, invoicing and reporting, usually pay back fastest.
Can you automate WhatsApp replies?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API with approved templates, so messages stay compliant and land in a shared inbox.
What happens when a workflow fails?
Every run is logged. Failed steps retry automatically and alert a named person with the context needed to fix it.
Do we need to replace our current tools?
No. Automation connects the tools you already use and fills the gaps between them.
UI/UX design
UI/UX design questions
Can you design without building?
Yes. We deliver research, prototypes and a design system your in-house team or another vendor can build from.
Do you design in Arabic?
Yes. We design mirrored right-to-left layouts and choose typefaces that work well in both Arabic and English.
How do you test designs?
With moderated sessions and unmoderated tests on real devices, measuring task success and time on task.
What files do we receive?
Organised Figma files with components, variables and documentation, plus exported assets for development.
