What does a typical week look like?
Monday
Sprint planning with your product owner. Priorities confirmed.
Daily
Short async updates in a shared channel, with blockers flagged early.
Wednesday
Design and engineering review. Questions answered the same day.
Friday
Live demo on the staging link, then your feedback becomes next week’s plan.

Is the price fixed?
Yes, for the agreed scope. Changes are estimated separately before they are added, so there are no surprise invoices.
How involved do we need to be?
About two hours a week from a product owner on your side, plus attendance at the Friday demo.
What happens after launch?
We train your team, monitor the system and continue on a monthly support plan with agreed response times.
Can we pause between phases?
Yes. Each phase ends with working software, so you can pause, review and continue when ready.
